This Cookie Policy explains how
ServiceFlowOS,
operated by Michael Wood Web & Automation, uses
cookies, local storage and similar technologies on
serviceflowos.co.uk.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Similar
technologies, including local storage, can also remember
information on your device.
How we use these technologies
- Essential: required for security, page operation, consent preferences, forms and other services you request.
- Functional: used to remember optional settings or improve convenience.
- Analytics: used to understand visits, pages viewed, devices and general usage.
- Marketing: may be used to measure campaigns, advertising performance and conversions.
Non-essential analytics and marketing technologies are not meant
to be activated until you have made an affirmative choice.
Essential technologies cannot be disabled through the consent
panel because they are needed to provide the requested service.
Your choices
- Accept all optional categories.
- Reject optional categories.
- Manage preferences and choose analytics and marketing separately.
Your preference is stored in browser local storage so it can be
remembered on later visits.
Clearing your preference will make the cookie banner show again.

Public website and ServiceFlowOS accounts
This policy primarily covers the public ServiceFlowOS website.
A client's own ServiceFlowOS installation may also use essential
session and security cookies to authenticate authorised staff,
maintain a login, prevent request forgery and protect the account.
Google Analytics
Where analytics has been enabled and you consent, Google
Analytics may collect information such as page views, device and
browser information, approximate location, referral source and
general interaction data.
Marketing technologies
Where a marketing platform is active and you consent, technologies
such as the Meta Pixel or Google advertising tags may be used to
measure advertisement performance, enquiries and conversions.
Payments and embedded services
If you follow a link to Stripe or interact with an embedded
third-party service, that provider may set its own technologies
under its own terms.
Browser controls
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking all
cookies may cause login, forms, payment pages, account functions
or other parts of the website to stop working properly.
International processing
Some analytics, advertising and infrastructure providers may
process information outside the UK.
Changes to this policy
Providers may change cookie names, purposes and durations. We may
update this policy when the website, consent system or third-party
services change materially.
